Sofia, was experiencing difficulties in coordinating work and effectively managing floor space and occupancy. Processes were inefficient, with frequent errors in planning, and the integration of data, such as information from CAD plans and BIM models, was complex and complicated updates.

To remedy these problems, Sofia adopted archidata and VISION. It transformed its digital DOEs into Dossiers d’Intervention Ultérieure à Ouvrage (DIUO), enabling it to manage and monitor work efficiently over time.

It has also implemented centralized management of surface areas and occupancies, optimizing the organization and planning of spaces to facilitate BIM GEM. Data integration has been simplified thanks to the extraction of CAD plans and BIM models, facilitating updates and ensuring the reliability of information.
