Marc noticed that his teams rarely used manufacturers’ documents and drawings, thinking at first that this was due to their experience. In reality, the search for accurate documents is time-consuming and often unreliable, especially in an emergency.
To solve this problem, Marc adopted VISION, a solution that centralizes all documents, including those without a repository, via a connection with SharePoint. Thanks to VISION, he can quickly access these documents from his smartphone, track updates, carry out searches by content and integrate these documents into his CMMS, thus improving the efficiency and responsiveness of his teams.
As a result, he has a real Operating and Maintenance Usage File (DUEM) for his plant.
